THE PARTIES

On one side, the customer or user, referring to any individual or legal entity acting directly in the purchasing process.

On the other side, UNCONDITIONAL PARTNERS S.L, with CIF: B85727998, registered at 2707 Way, Stockton, California, a company incorporated and regulated under Spanish law, operating within the textile sector, and represented through the website Liynda.shop.

Both parties enter into this agreement by mutually accepting the terms stated herein.

Liynda understands that all contracts are conducted directly with the customer/user or their authorized legal representative. We are not responsible for any purchases made on our website where identity fraud is committed by the customer/user.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: User Registration

To make any purchase, you must register or log in as a user on our website. This process requires an email address and a personal, non-transferable password, which remains the sole responsibility of each customer or user.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: Security of User Credentials

The use of the password provided is always the responsibility of the user/customer, and it must not be transferred or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. It is recommended that you take all necessary security measures to prevent misuse or unauthorized access. Changing your password regularly is advised for greater security.

THIRD PARAGRAPH: Password Recovery

If you lose, forget, or expose your password to third parties, you must go to the authentication section of the website and recover it via the "Forgot password" link.

FOURTH PARAGRAPH: Legal Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's place of residence, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Additionally, as a member of Confianza Online's Ethical Code, in the event of disputes related to online contracting, advertising, data protection, or minors' protection, users may resort to Confianza Online's out-of-court dispute resolution system at confianzaonline

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Liynda displays the available product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, and we are not responsible for color discrepancies due to user device settings.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and reading these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations under Spanish legislation.

Liynda is not responsible for ensuring that the materials on this site are appropriate or available for use outside Spain. If users access this site from other locations, they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.

If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to use this website.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any purchase made after updates will be governed by the latest version in effect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, designs, logos, names, and any other distinctive signs displayed on this website belong to Liynda and cannot be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

All content, including text, images, multimedia, databases, and designs, is the exclusive property of Liynda and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and applicable copyright laws.

Users are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access Liynda.shop solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

ORDER PROCESS

A purchase agreement is only considered valid once:

  • The user selects the product and completes the payment through the website's accepted methods.

  • Liynda receives and confirms the order.

For bulk purchases (more than 5 units of the same product), Liynda reserves the right to process the order through its corporate sales channel to prevent unauthorized resale.

PAYMENT TERMS

Purchases can be made using the following payment methods:

Liynda is not responsible for payment failures due to bank or credit provider issues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Users have up to 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

In case of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product defects, users must submit a claim within 10 business days for a refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

Liynda only ships within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands via courier.

📦 Delivery time: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
📦 Custom or exclusive design products: 5-6 business days.

If no recipient is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt two (2) deliveries before returning the package to Liynda.

INVOICING

A purchase receipt with a breakdown of the order will be emailed after checkout. Customers can request a formal invoice by providing the necessary details.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

To claim a warranty, customers must contact customer service with proof of purchase. Products will be assessed by Liynda’s post-sales team, who will determine if the claim is valid.

For defective or incorrect items, Liynda will replace the item free of charge.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Customers can exchange a product for another of the same or higher value by contacting customer service at support@liynda.shop.

If there is no suitable exchange option, the customer must return the product for a refund and place a new order.

If the exchange is due to defects or an incorrect order, Liynda will cover shipping costs.

CUSTOMER COMMENTS

Liynda reserves the right to publish or remove any user comments on the website. Comments must be respectful and relevant to the product or service.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Liynda is not responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Loss of information or profits

  • Viruses

  • Errors in communication

  • Server failures

  • Technical issues

Liynda’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Customers solemnly declare that:

✔ The funds used for the purchase come from legal sources.
✔ The payment method has not been used for fraudulent activities.
✔ Liynda is not responsible for any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the customer.
