Liynda Warranty Policy
Welcome to our Warranty section. Here you will find all the information regarding the warranty for your Liynda products.
All our products come with a full 3-month legal warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. During this period, if the product presents any defects, you have the option to return it, replace it with a new one, or receive a refund, depending on the evaluation of each case.
This 3-month warranty complies with the legislative change in Article No. 16.7 of Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 of April 27, which applies to products purchased from January 1, 2022 onwards.
Important: All warranties are subject to prior evaluation.
To assess the warranty of your product, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Without this, we will not be able to proceed with the warranty evaluation or processing.
Regardless of where you purchased the product, all warranty claims must be processed exclusively through this website. No warranty claims will be handled at retail stores or distributors.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Incorrect use
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Repairs will not be processed for items that do not meet the conditions outlined in our warranty policy.
🔹 You may return the product if you are not satisfied with it, provided that the item and its packaging are undamaged.
