At Liynda, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange of an item for another.

The shipping costs for the exchange are always the responsibility of the customer, including both the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item.

To make your exchange experience smoother, Liynda offers a convenient pickup and delivery service—we collect your item and deliver the new one at the same time. This way, you simply cover the shipping costs with us, and we handle the exchange as quickly as possible.

You can exchange your item for another of equal or greater value.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 2-3 business days. Once you place your order, it is processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be prepared and shipped the following Monday.

• The same applies if you place an order on a public holiday.

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the courier service. You can expect delivery within 48-72 hours, so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible!
